Olivier’s research focuses on the biological function of EV, the mechanisms underlying EV mediated cargo transfer, and their potential as therapeutic delivery vehicles. Using CRISPR-Cas9 based strategies, his group has developed modular EV loading and reporter systems that enable investigation of EV cargo delivery and potential applications for the therapeutic delivery of genome editing tools.
